Refunds

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in - unworn with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Return shipments are at the expense of the customer and must be done within 7 days of recieving the item(s).

Prior to returning your item, please email us identifying the reason for the return, in order to obtain a return code. This code must accompany your return or it will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed upon inspection of items and issued via store credit.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and obtaining a code will not be accepted. 

 

Damages and Issues
We work hard to ensure the high quality of our items.  Please contact immediately if you have any concerns with your order and we will resolve it. 

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Bulk orders
  • Tumbers and straws (for sanitary reasons) 

Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
To initiate an exchange - first return your original item, following the process above, and then order the new item.
